The Oxalika MINI Cordless vaporizer is compact, lightweight and ready to use. This cordless oxalic acid vaporizer combines efficiency, lightness and practicality at an affordable price. Ideal for hobbyist beekeepers who use oxalic acid treatments.

How the Oxalika MINI Cordless 18V vaporizer works

Compatible with 18V lithium-ion batteries (not included).

The MINI Cordless is designed to operate even with low-capacity batteries (minimum 2Ah), a feature particularly useful for hobby use.

With a 2Ah battery, it is possible to carry out approximately 7–10 treatments of 2 grams by heating the vaporizer only once.

With a 5Ah battery, it is possible to carry out approximately:

• • 40 treatments starting from a cold vaporizer (2 gram dose)
  • 45–50 treatments with the vaporizer already at operating temperature (2 gram dose)

The number of treatments may vary depending on battery quality and condition, environmental conditions and the amount of oxalic acid used. Higher doses (for example 4 grams) proportionally reduce the number of achievable treatments.

Fast dosing with Sprint system

The Sprint system features an adjustable spring-loaded plunger that allows you to select the desired dose from 1 to 4 grams simply by turning a knob. The cycle is simple and fast:

• Pull out the plunger
• Collect the oxalic acid
• Insert it into the seat and press the knob

Sublimation starts immediately. With a 2g dose, you can repeat the cycle every 50 seconds.

Note: this model is not compatible with the Smart Valve.

Fast heating and LED status

The vaporizer reaches the ideal temperature in just 3–4 minutes. An indicator light clearly shows:

• Sublimation temperature reached
• Sublimation in progress
• Heating phase

Smart battery protection

An integrated system protects the battery from deep discharge and automatically switches off the device when the charge becomes too low, preserving battery life over time.

  • Red: battery low

Interchangeable diffuser tubes included

The MINI Cordless Sprint includes three high-resistance copper tubes, easily interchangeable depending on the type of hive:

• S-shaped tube: treatment through the hive entrance
• 90° curved tube: top treatment (feeder hole)
• Straight tube: treatment from the back of the hive or inverted cover

Boiler of the Oxalika MINI Cordless vaporizer: insulated and made of anticorodal aluminum

Made of anticorodal aluminum, the boiler ensures uniform temperature distribution without “hot spots” or “cold spots”. Internally, it is free of obstructions to facilitate cleaning and improve long-term performance. The insulation reduces heat loss, improves efficiency and makes the device less sensitive to cold and wind.

Oxalic acid compatibility

The vaporizer is designed for use with high-purity oxalic acid.

The formation of residues inside the boiler and diffuser tube is generally related to the quality of the product used. Formulations containing excipients or additives may generate solid residues during sublimation, which over time can reduce device performance and increase maintenance requirements.

The presence of residues should not be considered a malfunction of the vaporizer, but is related to the characteristics of the product used.

Frequently asked questions

How does the temperature control system work in the OXALIKA MINI Cordless model?

Although this version does not include a display, the control system is very precise. It uses a platinum temperature probe integrated into the boiler. The temperature is factory-set to optimal values and cannot be adjusted by the user.

The system is entirely designed and manufactured in Italy using high-quality components specifically for oxalic acid vaporizers. Operation is very simple: just insert the battery to turn on the device. A red/green indicator light shows the vaporizer status (heating, ready for sublimation, sublimation in progress, battery status, and other information described in the user manual).

Temperature control is very precise: overheating beyond the set value is limited to only 2–3 °C. This makes the Oxalika Mini Cordless vaporizer extremely reliable even under variable environmental conditions.
