Oxalika PRO LED Cordless vaporizer: professional power in a compact format
The PRO LED Cordless has the same boiler and 240 Watt power rating as the PRO Cordless model with display, but in a more compact configuration.
It reaches operating temperature in approximately 2 and a half minutes and is ready for sublimation.
With a 2-gram dose, the cycle can be repeated every 25 seconds.
It operates on 18V lithium-ion batteries (not included).
With a 5Ah battery, approximately the following number of treatments can be performed:
- 40 treatments from a cold start (2-gram dose)
- 45–50 treatments when already hot (2-gram dose)
The number of treatments may vary depending on the quality and condition of the battery, environmental conditions and the amount of oxalic acid used. Higher doses (for example, 4 grams) proportionally reduce the number of treatments that can be performed.
Oxalika PRO LED Cordless vaporizer configurations
The PRO LED Cordless is available in two configurations:
- Standard (with Sprint doser, without Smart valve): equipped with the Sprint system featuring a spring-loaded plunger adjustable from 1 to 4 grams.
- With Smart valve: includes the Smart valve, which allows the dose to be prepared during sublimation, keeping the plunger cooler during use and speeding up the work.

Note: the Smart valve is an optional accessory and can be purchased separately at any time.
Fast dosing
Sprint system (standard)
The Sprint system uses an adjustable spring-loaded plunger that allows the desired dose to be selected simply by turning the knob.
The cycle is simple:
- Remove the plunger
- Scoop up the oxalic acid
- Insert the plunger into its housing and press the knob
Sublimation starts immediately.
Configuration with Smart valve
The Smart valve allows the entry of oxalic acid into the boiler to be controlled and enables the next dose to be prepared during sublimation.
Once the valve has been correctly inserted into the vaporizer, operation is as follows:
- Open the valve using the knob
- Insert the dose of oxalic acid into the upper opening
- Close the valve immediately after inserting the dose
The acid falls into the boiler immediately by gravity.
This configuration allows more continuous operation, reduces the time between treatments and simplifies work on multiple hives.
Fast heating and status LED
The device uses a light indication system that clearly shows:
- Heating in progress
- Temperature reached
- Sublimation in progress
- Battery status
Intelligent battery protection
An integrated system protects the battery from excessive discharge and automatically switches off the device when the charge becomes too low, helping to preserve its service life.
- Green: charged battery
- Red: battery running low
Interchangeable diffuser tubes included
The PRO LED Cordless includes three tubes made of high-strength copper:
- S-shaped tube: treatment through the hive entrance
- 90° bent tube: treatment from above
- Straight tube: treatment from the rear of the hive
Professional insulated anticorodal boiler
The boiler is made of anticorodal aluminium and ensures uniform temperature distribution without hot or cold spots.

Oxalic acid compatibility
The vaporizer is designed for use with high-purity oxalic acid.
The formation of residues inside the boiler and diffuser tube is generally related to the quality of the product used. Formulations containing excipients or additives may generate solid residues during sublimation, which over time can reduce device performance and increase maintenance requirements.
The presence of residues should not be considered an indication of a vaporizer malfunction, but is related to the characteristics of the product used.
