Oxalika PRO LED Cordless vaporizer: professional power in a compact format

The PRO LED Cordless features the same 240W heating system and boiler as the PRO Cordless with display, but in a more compact configuration.

It reaches operating temperature in approximately 2.5 minutes and is ready for sublimation.
With a 2-gram dose, cycles can be repeated every 25 seconds.

Compatible with 18V batteries

Powered by 18V lithium-ion batteries (not included).

With a 5Ah battery, you can perform approximately:

  • 40 treatments from cold (2g dose)
  • 45–50 treatments from warm (2g dose)

The number of treatments may vary depending on battery quality, battery condition, environmental conditions and the amount of oxalic acid used. Higher doses (for example 4 grams) proportionally reduce the number of treatments.

Configurations of the Oxalika PRO LED Cordless vaporizer

The PRO LED Cordless is available in two configurations:

  • Standard (with Sprint doser, without Smart valve): equipped with a spring-loaded plunger system adjustable from 1 to 4 grams.
  • With Smart valve: includes the Smart valve, which allows preparation of the dose during sublimation, keeping the plunger cooler during use and speeding up the workflow.

Note: the Smart valve is an optional accessory and can be purchased separately at any time.

Fast dosing

Sprint system (standard)

The Sprint system uses a spring-loaded plunger that allows selecting the desired dose simply by rotating the adjustment knob.

The process is simple:

  • Pull out the plunger
  • Collect the oxalic acid
  • Insert the plunger into the seat and press the knob

Sublimation starts immediately.

Configuration with Smart valve

The Smart valve controls the flow of oxalic acid into the boiler and allows preparation of the next dose during sublimation.

Once correctly installed in the vaporizer, the operation is as follows:

  • Open the valve using the knob
  • Insert the oxalic acid dose into the upper opening
  • Close the valve immediately after inserting the dose

The oxalic acid drops into the boiler immediately by gravity.

This configuration allows more continuous operation, reduces the time between treatments and simplifies work on multiple hives.

Fast heating and LED status

The device uses a LED signaling system that clearly indicates:

  • Heating phase
  • Temperature reached
  • Sublimation in progress
  • Battery status

Battery protection system

An integrated system protects the battery from excessive discharge and automatically turns off the device when the charge becomes too low, preserving battery lifespan.

  • Green: battery charged
  • Red: battery running low

Interchangeable diffuser tubes included

The PRO LED Cordless includes three high-resistance copper tubes:

  • S-shaped tube: treatment through the hive entrance
  • 90° curved tube: top treatment
  • Straight tube: treatment from the rear of the hive

Professional insulated anticorodal boiler

The boiler is made of anticorodal aluminum and ensures uniform heat distribution without hot or cold spots.

Oxalic acid compatibility

The vaporizer is designed for use with high-purity oxalic acid.

Residue formation inside the boiler and diffuser tube is generally related to the quality of the product used. Formulations containing excipients or additives may generate solid residues during sublimation, which over time can reduce performance and increase maintenance requirements.

The presence of residues should not be considered a malfunction of the vaporizer, but is related to the characteristics of the product used.

For correct use, always follow local regulations and the instructions on the product label.
